PayPal Invoice Service If you prefer a direct invoice, we can send one to your email. Requirement: For security and to ensure Buyer & Seller Protection, your shipping address must match your PayPal confirmed billing address exactly. If the addresses are different, we may need to refund the payment and resend a new invoice with the correct address.

Shipping Methods
We primarily use FedEx Express as our default shipping method to ensure fast and secure global delivery. For specific product categories, we also utilize USPS to provide specialized service within the United States.
Standard Orders: Shipped via FedEx Express.
Crochet Hair & Boho Braids Bulk Hair: Orders for these categories are shipped directly from our DMV Hair Studio via USPS （Express Shipping Available if you cover the shipping fee）
Shipping Cost: Complimentary (Free Shipping when over $299).
Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days.
Free Shipping Offers
Crochet & Boho Braids: Free shipping on all orders within the U.S.
All Other Products: Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $299 (available for customers in the U.S., Canada, Australia, UK, France, and Germany).
Delivery & Security
Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the provided address.
Pro Tip: We highly recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to accept the package and provide a signature.
Liability Note: Please be advised that if you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave a package at your address without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
FedEx Tracking: Status updates are usually available 24 hours after your tracking number is generated. Click here to track your FedEx shipment.
USPS Tracking: For Crochet and Boho Braid orders, please use the USPS official tracking portal.
