Order Cancellation

· Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of submission and prior to shipment by contacting info@flowywig.com.

· If the order has already been shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.

Lace uncut

Undyed and unaltered

Free from any signs of wear or damage

Non-Defective Products or Change of Mind:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments:

Flowywig will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide clear evidence (e.g., photos or videos) of the defect or shipping error when initiating a return request.

Attach photos or videos for clarity, especially in cases of defective items or incorrect shipments.

Await Approval:

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions. Do not return items without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.

 

Pack and Ship the Product:

Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

 


 

Processing Exchanges

· Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will ship the replacement item promptly.

· If you require the exchange urgently, you may place a new order for the desired item. Once the original product is returned and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment account.

 


 

Refund Policy

· Refunds will be initiated within 1-3 business days of verifying the returned item.
