Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of submission and before shipment by contacting info@flowywig.com.

  • Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Remark: Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a confirmed quality issue or an error on our part, as each piece is made to your specific requirements.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact info@flowywig.com with your order number and request.

Eligibility Period

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the package.

Condition of Products

Returned items must:
✅ Be unused and unwashed
✅ Have the lace uncut
✅ Be undyed and unaltered
✅ Be free from any signs of wear or damage

Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • Non-Defective Products / Change of Mind: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Defective Products / Incorrect Shipments: Flowywig will cover the return shipping costs if there is a confirmed quality issue or an incorrect item sent. Please provide clear evidence (photos or videos) when requesting a return.

 

How to Apply for a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact Us
    Email info@flowywig.com with your order number or payment receipt and a detailed explanation of the issue. Attach photos or videos for clarity.

  2. Await Approval
    Our team will review your request and provide instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

  3. Pack and Ship
    Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Processing Exchanges

  • Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will ship the replacement promptly.

  • If you need the replacement urgently, you may place a new order. A refund will be processed for the returned item once it is received and inspected.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated within 1–3 business days after verifying the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Items: Accessories, custom-made products, and items not in their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Improper Packaging: Returns may be denied if items are damaged due to insufficient packaging.

  • Return Address: Our registered company address does not accept returns or exchanges. The return shipping address will be provided by our customer service team upon approval of your request.
